Lindsay Matthews

Lindsay is responsible for overseeing public affairs and driver licensing functions at ICBC. This includes corporate communications, government relations, customer relations, community and stakeholder engagement, and marketing, as well as ICBC’s road safety and driver licensing policy, programs and operations.

Lindsay has held various leadership roles at ICBC since she joined in 1997. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Victoria.
