Inde Sumal

Inde Sumal is President & CEO of Lighthouse Capital. A private equity firm based in Vancouver. Prior to this he was the Royal Bank’s head of Private Banking, Wealth Management for British Columbia. He has held various senior leadership roles within the Financial Services industry over his career including Vice President, Residential Mortgages.

Inde’s commitment to his community is demonstrated by the various initiatives he has worked with. He has served as a Board Member for the Fraser Health Authority. He has also served as the Authority’s Board committee Chair for Human Resources & Governance and a member of their Finance & Audit committee. Inde is a Board Member with the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC). He also serves as ICBC’s committee chair for Human Resources and Compensation and sits on their Investments Board. He also serves on Simon Fraser University’s Community Advisory Board and is a Governor with the Surrey Board of Trade. Inde has also served on the B.C. Chamber of Commerce Board, and the United Way’s grant review Board.

Inde holds an MBA from Royal Roads University.
