Gary Eastwood

Gary is responsible for the delivery of technology solutions and operational effectiveness to the organization. His team designs, builds and maintains ICBC’s information systems which keep the business connected and operating for customers. Gary and his team also identify opportunities for operational effectiveness through innovation and technology. 

Gary joined ICBC in 2003 and has held progressively more senior roles with the company, including director responsible for IT for ICBC’s business transformation program.

Prior to joining ICBC, he was head of IT services for East Lancashire Hospitals, part of the National Health Services in the United Kingdom. Gary is a charter member of the British Computer Society.
