c.a.r. shop accredited collision repairs
The c.a.r. shop Accredited Collision Repairs Program accredits collision repair facilities that achieve and maintain the highest standards for customer service and quality repairs.
The purpose of this program is to ensure that our mutual customers receive efficient, cost-effective repairs that meet the highest industry standards for safety and quality.
Accredited collision repair facilities and ICBC work cooperatively to establish an effective and efficient business relationship that benefits our mutual customers.
The program is voluntary and open to ICBC collision repair suppliers in the province that meet and maintain the requirements outlined in the c.a.r. shop program guide. Requirements for the c.a.r. shop program are in addition to the existing ICBC supplier requirements. The guide describes the program, benefits and requirements you must meet and maintain, how to apply for accreditation and what happens if you lose your accreditation.
