Kathy Parslow

Kathy is responsible for Claims Customer and Material Damage Services, with a focus on modernizing our material damage and supplier programs, controlling the growth of vehicle repair costs and delivering substantive business results to provide British Columbians with consistent quality claims and material damage services. That means being there for our customers across the province when they need us the most, helping them with their claims and delivering, in partnership with the repair industry, safe quality and effective vehicle repairs and services.

Kathy is a Chartered Insurance Professional, holds an MBA from Simon Fraser University and an MA from the University of British Columbia.
