Phil Leong

Phil is responsible for all financial, analytical and sourcing management functions at ICBC. His focus is ensuring the financial stability of the company so that we can provide customers with the best insurance coverage at the lowest possible price.

Phil joined ICBC in 2008 overseeing ICBC’s transition to International Financial Reporting Standards and his most recent role was ICBC’s Corporate Controller. 

Prior to joining ICBC, he has held senior roles in a diverse range of industries including telecommunications, death care, technology and other public sector organizations. Phil is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA).
